All sales are final. Returns are subject to Bennypick’s terms and conditions.
Defective products (excluding atomizers) may be returned or exchanged only with prior approval from Bennypick customer service.

2. Limited Warranty
Bennypick offers a 60-day limited warranty on eligible products purchased through www.Bennypick.com.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Items purchased from third-party retailers are not covered.
3. Conditions That Void Warranty
User modifications.
Use of non-Bennypick brand parts or liquids.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that are mishandled, damaged, or exposed to external factors.
Consumables (e.g., e-liquids, atomizers).
Hygiene-sensitive items.
4. Return Requirements
Defective goods must be returned before an exchange can be processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be received by Bennypick before processing future requests.
Exchanges only; refunds are not provided.
For wrong or incomplete orders, contact customer service within 48 hours.
Bennypick is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delivered packages confirmed by the post office.
5. Exchange Process
Email support@bennypick.com with:
Name
Order number
Detailed description of the issue
Wait for approval from a customer service representative.
Send the defective item to Bennypick.
Replacement will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
6. Warranty Exclusions
Consumables (cartridges, e-liquids, atomizers).
External damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic).
Damage from misuse, accidents, or non-Bennypick products.
Modified products or parts.
Services performed by third parties.
